Info needed on White's Ferry on the C & O

I am biking part of the GAP and all of the C&O with a gang of eight. We plan on staying at the Best Western at Leesburg. Do we need to cross the potomic using the ferry or are we on the correct side for the Best Western Shuttle to pick us up? Any info on the ferry if we have to us it would be beneficial as well.

You have to cross the river on the ferry. When we were picked up by the Best Western shuttle in October 2009, the three bikes and our panniers and three people filled the van. It's going to require several trips. Have fun!
