Tonight I saw a local CL ad for an Orbea Diva at a ridiculously low price (less than $500). The girl admitted freely in the ad that she didn't know anything about bikes. Seems the BF had broken up with her and left it behind.

I sent her a quick message and advised that she do a little research online before selling the bike. Hopefully it wasn't too late... :eek:

I never heard back from the girl selling the Diva and it seems to be still available. Now I wish I hadn't bothered. I told DBF about it at dinner tonight, and he offered to lend me the money if I wanted to go look at it.

As near as I can tell from the little bit of digging I've done online, it seems to be circa 2006.

Talk about having a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other.
