Anyone had this done?

I had a treatment this morning on my right leg--from my hip down to my knee. I've been having chronic pain issues. It happens to be the side I land on the most when I crash my bike ;) I've been having both an ache and shooting pain all around my knee and up and down my leg for months. It's the most painful when I drive.

The therapy session was uncomfortable. I could tell immediately when they hit a "trigger" point.

However, I noticed an immediate improvement. I have not had leg pain since the treatment this morning. I got in my car and stepped on the gas . . . no pain! I am supposed to have 2 more follow-up treatments.

We just did a fairly long car ride, about 4.5-5 hours. My leg didn't bother me! Over the last 4-5 months I would have very uncomfortable leg pain any time I sat in a car. The longer rides were horrible! Yay! Looks like the acoustic therapy is helping :)

Interesting to hear about this therapy.
There is a poster (screen name: Joe) on the Sjogren's World* forum who uses a sort of tonal acoustic therapy. He finds it to be very effective.

*Sjogren's is an autoimmune condition that can include intense joint and muscle pain.
