Hey there Azurs,

If you haven't been there yet, I suggest you go to http://www.velocia.ca/forum/ . That I know of, there are no women from Québec City on that board, but a couple of men are there. They're a great group of fun cycling friends, very welcoming of newcomers. Some of them bike through the Winter.

I lived in Montreal until recently and biked with them all Summer. Now I'm in Vancouver though...
