Coach's Pancakes

You can get Coach's pancakes at Costco, and I have to say, they are the best pancakes I have ever eaten! Full of protein and fiber, these are power packed pancakes! They do have whey and non fat milk in them unfortunately.

Hmmm...I've never heard of these before...but then again, we're not Costco members. What is the nutritional info on them? Might be nice to try as something different in place of my usual slice of toasted Ezekial bread.
