Hi all,
Does anyone use zero float pedals? I am going to be trying zero float for awhile(when I get back on my bike) because my knees swim around too much. So I'd be interested in the type of pedals you use and how they have worked for you. Good or bad. Thanks

I use Shimano SPDs which have very little or no float in them. They've been great for me so far but I also don't have nor have ever had knee issues.

I had zero float on my old Shimano pedals but It seemed to make my right knee a little sore. I now have Crank Brothers Quattros with about 6 degrees of float and no knee pain.
