This is a great resource for therabands, gym balls, etc. In addition, they have pdfs of different exercises. www.performbetter.com

You want to sweat, check these out! My physical therapist says you can get stronger from therabands if you do them once a week, but twice a week is optimal. I find three times a week tends to burn my legs out.
