Good luck to all the runners in the London Marathon today :)
On my commute home Friday all the roads were being prepared, yellow plastic cones and barriers everywhere, by the end of the day today all you will see is a zillion empty water bottles all over the roads...!!
Be a lot easier on a bike :D
