There's a 90 year old rider in my group. He led a ride about 3 years ago. The group now has another ride at a slower pace, to accommodate several 75+ year old riders. And these riders are all on regular road bikes or hybrids.
It really is quite amazing.

Yep, I want to be the slightly eccentric old lady riding her bike (or trike if need be) to the grocery store to get her groceries, with a bouquet of cut flowers overflowing from my basket. That vision of old age just makes me smile. :)

What is interesting like him and that Chinese woman who still cycled in her 80's (she was featured somewhere over a year ago), they cycle in their walking shoes and all.
