Mileage Building link

I have some pretty strong cycling goals this summer and fall, to hopefully culminate in riding the GAP in October for my 52nd :)

I have found this link (http://www.cptips.com/mileage.htm)that provides what seems to be pretty good base guidelines for mileage building. I am offering it for others that might find it of interest. This is only my second season, so if anyone finds something on this page that doesn't seem reasonable please speak up - as I know you will :D I know just enough to get me in trouble :rolleyes:

I meant the Great Allegheny Passage Trail (http://www.atatrail.org/) (GAP) It will depend on a few things whether I will be able to do this, but I really hope to do this :)
