I can't find what I need, so perhaps you all have ideas/experience:
1. wicking fabric, hopefully with some ventilation panels (center front)
2. color must be beige/skin tone or white (prefer beige) not red, orange
blue or purple because I have a white jersey to wear it with
3. NO WIRES....
4. Full B cup
5. Hook closure, not some thing you need to squish over your shoulders and other body parts
6. Low impact/support. Not looking for something to run the Boston marathon
7. Fits like an actual bra, not a tank top, swimsuit or other "big profile" garment. Minimalist
8. No padding, but a little fill for "shaping"
Why is this so difficult to find? Am I being unreasonable ??????

I don't have a brand suggestions, but just wanted to say that light gray seems to also be nearly invisible under white.

I think I have seen bras like that at the Triumph shop in our town. Maybe something like this
http://www.freemans.com/Triumph-’Trophy’-Sports-Bra/productdisplay.stm?A=446145_34B&Au=P_MasterItem&An=0
?
I had some of those as teenager and liked them:

It hooks in the front I'm not sure if that would be ok for you.
Have you tried the Title 9/Bounce bra finder? They carry a good selection from lots of manufacturers. Not sure about the "fill" but I think you could come up with every other item on your wish list: http://www.shopbounce.com/home.do

http://www.herroom.com/Wacoal-852170-Sport-Soft-Cup-Bra.shtml
This link doesn't have your size, but you can search with the style number: 852170, Wacoal brand, wireless sports bra.
Wacoal, and CWX (which is also Wacoal, just diff name in their sports bras), are the only bras I can wear. And believe you me, I have tried MANY bras. Which, btw, no you are not asking for too much lol... I'm a very picky shopper and these fit the bill for me.
The style I have given you is supportive, but not crushing, silky wicking fabric, very smooth on the skin /beautiful to the touch, made extremely well from a sewing perspective (which I do sew also, btw), and you can wear it straps regular bra style, or criss cross them. Colors (I own them all) nude-beige, white, black.
This does not meet your requirements, but fwiw, the other bra I wear for more support is a CWX version of theirs, which is sold here on TE (also comes in smaller size you're looking for on here, this link is for my size 34D)... http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodCW_165102.html
Hope that helps. Good luck with your search:).

While this bra also does not meet all of your criteria it meets many, and I like it a lot: http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodMC_350006.html
Its the moving comfort cara bra. While it does have an underwire and does not have any padding, the wire is very comfortable, and the bra itself is extremely comfortable. I like that its flattering, not flattening (it works by encapsulation not compression), it does have a normal back closure, wide straps, and could even be worn everyday (i.e. not for sports only). Even with the wire it has a thick elastic band under the wire, and I secure my HRM strap under that and it works and feels great. I really don't feel the wire (but I am a C cup, so maybe I just appreciate more the extra support).
The cups are very thin, which increases breathability, but I will warn you that nipple show through can be an issue depending on how close fitting your shirt is. Also, while supportive enough for cycling, I would not recommend it for truly high impact sports like running.

Check out Athleta. They are by Banana Republic/Gap. Free shipping on orders over $50, and a reasonable return policy. Nordstrom is also great about helping women find the bras that are right for them.
I have a few moving comfort brand bras that match your description. I usually buy mine from runningwarehouse.com.

I really thought I had posted to here the other day. Anyways- I am a 36 A/b and I can't wear racerback style sports bras, so I have found a few that work for me that would meet most of your requirements.
I have a Moving Comfort Venus (now called Vero) -
http://www.movingcomfort.com/product/344873/300288/_/Vero_AB
I got a Large- according to their sizing it was 36 A/b- 38A. The band was tight, once I added an extender it's perfect. It's designed to be high impact, but I don't find it overly restricting and it has a little padding for shape which is nice. It wicks well even in the high humidity of August in Ohio. They also have a CD version if you think the A/B might be too small. I find the cup size to work well for me, and I think it would be ok even with a full 36B. I have worn it cycling and playing ultimate frisbee.
I also have this Nike one:
It's a little odd in that the straps adjust at the front, but sometimes that is more convenient. It is definitely thinner coverage than the Vero, though it is still double layer I think it might have nipple coverage problems. I got a Large B/C probably because I was worried about the band, and the cup size is a little big for me, so it might be OK for you.

And I also saw this one on the nike store that looks promising (though I hate the Nike website!)

Not sure why it's only $25, so might be worth some investigating if it's a good deal or not.

Have you tried the Moving Comfort Iris (http://www.movingcomfort.com/product/344593/300124/_/Iris_AB)? I have one and it does the job for my A's.
