2011 Bike Virginia

Is anyone planning to attend Bike Virginia in 2011?

In checking the Bike VA site, I notice there's a team called Team Tufton and a note beside it says Team Estrogen.

I don't know anything about Teams Tufton/Estrogen....

I'm still in the decision stage myself. I really enjoyed last year's Bike VA.

Same here- we had a blast, despite the heat.

I've done it for four years, and I won't be doing it this year. It's run its course for me. I had a great time and it's very well organized (despite some issues this past year due to the heat). I hope you have fun.

I rode it two years and it is a very well run event. The area where it will be this year has some great cycling! Unfortunately it overlaps Bike Tour of Colorado and my husband and I are going to that.

Last year, I did not go because I was at GOBA (Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure). It, too, was unbelievably hot! It was the same week as BV. I would do BV again in a heartbeat. It is really a great ride.
