If you are riding you don't feel a magnitude 4.9 earthquake epicentred 10km away - but on the way home you need to watch out for drivers who can't cope with the fact that the power has been knocked out and the lights are off

You had an adventure! Glad that you were ok, and I do hope that no one was harmed. Hopefully there was light traffic due to it being Christmas?

It's the day after Christmas here but the traffic wasn't too bad.
We just had another one - my bathroom mirror came off the wall and smashed
Sorry to hear you guys are still rattling and rolling down there, but glad to hear you got out on your bike today! Too windy for me at the moment here in Wellington, so I'm taking a day of rest.

Kiwi - that puts new meaning to the song "I felt the earth move, under my feet..."
Hope everything else stays in place!

Under my wheels! Pretty cool to be able to say you've biked through an earthquake.
