My neighbor discarded one of these (http://www.gymnicballs.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=G&Category_Code=102) and I snagged it. Is it worth keeping? Can I do interesting things with it?
Unfortunately, I didn't find the instruction booklet.

Cool!
If nothing else, you can always play with it! If you want to exercise, try a google search for therapy ball exercises...but only click on the ones that look like what you are looking for.

Playing is always good :) There are also neat core exercises you can do with it, have fun with it whatever you decide to use it for!

There's a lot on YouTube.
I really like this book (http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&tag=mozilla-20&index=blended&link_code=qs&field-keywords=abs%20on%20the%20ball&sourceid=Mozilla-search) (exercises with large and small balls, and some that use both).
Just balancing on it is fun/playful and pretty challenging (for me, anyway).

I do crunches and other ab/core work on the balls at my gym. I also do some lower back exercises (extensions and alternating supermans).

I like that clear ball. Mine is blue and is rather obvious in my office. A clear one would practically disappear.
I like to stretch my back on the ball.

Yay! "Therapy ball" is turning up a lot on Google. I didn't know a generic term for my new toy.
My bulldog loves the ball. So I will have either a stronger core, or some hilarious photos. Maybe both.

Trying to stand or even kneel on the ball with an interested dog in the vicinity is NOT recommended. :p

It took my giant schnauzer a whole 2 minutes to pop mine :-( My new one is now hiding in the closet.

Yeah, I was going to say that my English Bulldog once popped a 'hippity hop' ball, and my recollection is that they were a lot stronger than my therapy ball is. :)

Both of our dogs are now terrified of our balls (we have 4, don't ask...). My husband chased them around the house with one of them a few years back and they have never quite recovered!
I really need to bring one of our extra ones into work to use at my desk. I like the clear one - that's very cool looking!

My bulldog tried to kill this ball, but couldn't. I think his feelings were hurt, so he's leaving it alone. Now I have to wash the slobber off.
