This is a reputable seller. They are also called The Old Spokes Home, in Burlington, VT USA.

The bike is a Vintage R.E.W Reynolds mixte bicycle
– Constructed with Reynolds 531 tubing throughout
– Seat tube is 21" center-center, effective top tube is 21.5" center to center

That seems like a big price for something that needs a bit of cleaning. part of why a lot of us now have Mixtes is that they were so affordable.. Then we took them to our LBS and got them fixed up or we did it ourselves.

I am guessing Campy is the reason for the price.
Being broke takes away all temptation!

Only the hubs are Campy, although the other components are quality stuff (for their time). Kind of suggests that the frame has a lot of miles and components were replaced as they wore out with whatever happened to be handy.

The listing has a "best offer" option. Someone may get it for a lot less than asking if they are willing to take a lower offer.
