Anyone have a 47cm Lemond? Not sure if all years were the same in this regard, but I'm trying to find the standover height and it is not listed in old Lemond catalogs. My standover inseam is exactly 75cm.

Thank you!

What year are you looking for? LeMond went from a classic/straight top tube design to a sloping top tube around 2004 or 2005(ish). I've never seen a reference to a 47cm size in the newer models--just 45, then 49. Standover height for the 49 seems to run 728-732mm depending on model, btw. If you're talking about one the classic steel models, the standover of a 47cm frame is 739mm. (http://ia700102.us.archive.org/13/items/LemondBicycles2001Catalog/2001Lemond.pdf)

BTW, based on your last LeMond thread, I just thought I would mention that we're the same height, I have about half an inch greater inseam, and I most comfortably ride 51 or 53 cm LeMond bikes.

Thanks again for your help. Still looking at a 2001 (long distance) and what we thought was a 47 turns out to be a 49. The standover for the 49 is 75.2 and I'm 75cm. I think I could probably ride it without too much hassle but a real quick get-off might be challenging.

Besides, my current TCR is just a tad large for me and the last thing I want is another bike that doesn't fit. Guess I'll keep looking for an '01 47cm (love the paint job) or something a bit newer in carbon. On a budget so my choices are a bit limited.

Ultraviolet, thanks again, most appreciated.
