A friend of mine just recommended that I try the Herbalife Liftoff energy drink when I ride. Has anyone here tried it? Opinions? Pros? Cons?

I've never tried it ... but I don't think I would, either. If I want to put artificial sweeteners, antifreeze, sodium benzoate and Yellow #5 into my body, I could drop a Nuun into a diet Red Bull and save money ... and I'd still have to add the artificial color. :eek:
