I have capped out on week 5 day two of the Push up challenge at 65. I have been trying for several weeks and cannot get past that number. I give up.
My trainer has started a different style- long slow deep ones with a hold half way down and no more than 10 at a time.
I might try again at some point in the future.
How is anyone else doing?
