So my gym, in my absence, has cancelled almost all of their yoga classes (which was the main reason I got a membership). Any suggestions in the Denver area for a nice affordable yoga studio or gym with classes?

Thanks!

What part of Denver, how frequently, and what's considered a good price? I don't do yoga, but I know a couple places around the Tech Center that friends have suggested.

There are quite a few up in the Highlands/Harkness Heights area. One of my co-workers goes to one of the studios. Next time I see her I will ask which one she goes to. There are 2 places on Tennyson north of 38th. I do not no anything about them or what they offer. Next time I go by I can pick up a class list and send you a PM of what they have if you would like.

Thanks! I keep meaning to stop by one athletic club near me to check their prices, too. I figure if 2 yoga classes would cost me ~ $30/week, I might as well get everything else with it. Especially since right now I can only do really really easy yoga :)

I am a little late to this post...but my favorite yoga studio has a location near Denver in Littleton. It is called sunstone yoga (http://sunstoneyoga.com/LocationsSchedules/tabid/63/view/groupdetail/groupid/18/fview/groupslist/categoryid/5/Default.aspx) They have a two week trial so you can check it out before you join.

My favorite Denver area studio is Sacred i up near Park Hill.

They're very supportive and caring and the yoga is excellent. I did an inversion workshop with Billy that made me feel about 10 feet tall after.
