Portland Bike Hire ?

I'm visiting SIL in Portland over Thanksgiving weekend.....and soooo would like to get out and do some mountain biking whilst I'm there !!! Lack of trails here in O'ahu.

Rather than bring my bike over is which LBS in Portland do people recommend for hiring bike ?

Also any personal recommendations of what trails to try ? (no expert trails please:o:o )

Quick question for you - Do you know John Climaldi? He is living in Hawaii Kai, Hawaii - he is from here in Portland - comes back to visit once in awhile. He races a lot in Hawaii, does cyclocross, paddles, works as a realtor and also at the HBL.
