Cycling in St. Louis

I'm headed to St. Louis this fall for a week-long conference. Can anyone give me some information about where to rent a bike for a day (mine has to stay home :() and good places to ride around the city?

Check Big Shark over by Washington University. If they can't help, I bet they can recommend someone who can.

I'm not hanging here much anymore, but I recall there is one member who manages a shop in St. Louis, but I can't remember her name.
