Hey Girls,
Another opportunity to hear Julia Violich (http://www.citysportsmag.com/story.cfm?story_id=10150&pageID=4707) (pro-racer) discuss biomechanical fit of the bike, nutrition, women's specific physiology and of course hands-on climbing, cornering, and descending skills.
ROAD CYCLING SKILLS CLINIC
Sunday September 25th
9:00 am – 12:00 noon
This event is limited to 25 women to allow individual attention during the instructional ride. Please RSVP to julia@lunachix.net if you would like to attend. This event is free but a Donation to the Breast Cancer Fund would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. As a thank you, we will have a goodie bag for participants who make a donation.
