I ordered two of the most basic RoadIDs mid-August. They were supposed to ship last week. Instead of receiving my RoadIDs, however, I received an email that they would take another month due to an inventory miscount. This is kind of crazy for a $20 engraved bracelet. Just had to vent. So all of you should enjoy and appreciate your RoadIDs, knowing there are others out there left wanting ;)

I bet they're happy that their ads are working!

I got mine quickly, but I ordered it during the Giro.

I'd call them. They strike me as the kind of company that will make it right. Maybe they could substitute another band if that's the problem? Seriously, we had fantastic service from them.

I ordered and received a RoadID just last week. Probably took 7-10 days, if that. Give them a call.

Is it low inventory on the color and/or style of the band? If it's just the color, perhaps you could change your order to a different one.

I ordered a couple in July and I think it only took a few days....

I ordered a new one recently and received it within a week or so. I also think it's worth giving them a call to find out what's up.

we ordered two replacement (rubbery type) bands - as there was a problem with the original clasps (kept popping open) and we received them in a few days (one green, one black). they are very responsive to emails as well

I've ordered a number of products from them and never had a wait. I recently just purchased replacement bands (different colors to mix and match with outfits!!!) and it took 3 days to deliver.

I hope by now you have called and found out what is happening. Things do happen. They seem to be a responsive company.

I've placed several (3-4) orders from Road ID. Most of them have had errors (one was missing a name plate, one or two multi-band orders were missing non-custom items). However, they have always fixed the issues rapidly and in good humor. In spite of the snazzy ads during the TDF, I get the feeling it's sort of run out of the garage -- the first time I had an order error (the missing engraved plate), the person who answered the phone, after ensuring that I had double-checked all of the packaging, said, "hold on a minute..." and, holding his hand over the receiver, shouted, "hey Jaime! have you seen...". :D

I'd order from them again. It's a good product and I think they stand by it.
