loveland/fort collins CO rides

i'll be in loveland (near fort collins) for a few days and would love to do some rides. any suggestions for 30-60 miles rides?

Estes Park
Rist Canyon

Those all have steep climbs and are road rides. For mtb best to stop at a shop/ Lots of options.
