Bike derailleur help needed!

My rear derailleur came off today and got into by rear wheel. The derailleur is bent, as is the derailleur hanger. Do you know if you buy a new derailleur does the hanger come with it?

The derailleur hanger you need is determined by your frame - so no, the hanger does not come with the derailleur. If you want to try to find which one you need, I'd suggest www.derailleurhanger.com Their search is pretty good.

Had this exact problem happen to me 2 months ago...so I feel your pain! The hanger does not come with the RD...and they are expensive for such a tiny part - mine cost $25. I needed a new hanger, RD, chain, and cable.
