I'm riding on Specialized Mondo Pro tires. They are black with blue sidewalls. I've got just under 1800 miles on them and while the part that contacts the road looks good, the blue part is starting to crack. It sorta looks like this part is superficial, applied over the black surface. Should I be concerned? Should I replace the tires?
