I've finally figured out my saddle dilema and have moved on to shorts. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the DeMarchi Axel women's short. I have a pair of the Sheebeast SSS and they're ok but I'd like something that I "love".

I've also tried the Evolution, and Louis Garn.

Nope, but I'm having a love affair with my Campy Lady shorts. The chamois is perfect - I forget that it's there, and it's been on three long rides - 92 miles, 55 miles and 49 miles, and still no problems. The material is very soft, very silky, and I find myself rubbing my thighs, just because it feels so good! Very light elastic in the waist, with a drawstring if you want it tighter. Oh - and a reflective accent stripe along the sides/back. What's not to love?!?!!

Thanx! I'll check them out. I just have a feeling I'm headed down the same road Idid trying to find a saddle that didn't want to make me give up riding. My husband has the DeMarchi and the material feels awesome. The ladies axel on their web looks great (even has a built in zipper pocket at low back), but they don't give a clear pix of the chamois.

I'll check out Campy's web now. Thanx again!
