My Orbea Has Landed!!!!!!!!

After much waiting and some not so good dealings with the shop I was working with, my new 2010 Orbea Diva finally made it across the ocean, spent a few nights in Arkansas and eventually made it to the shop I purchased it through last Friday.

I can say this is one sweet ride. It flies on the flats and climbs like a demon. This was one wedding gift worth waiting for!!!!!!

Here is the skinny on the bike - it is a 49 cm with a triple Ultegra. It is fitted with Ultegra tubeless rims, Poco Carbon bars and a Selle Italia Diva saddle. DH purchased a Sigma DTS 1606L computer which I also love. I can't wait to come home, jump in my riding clothes and hit the road. It is so smooth and boy do I feel like a queen on this bike.

I'm still enjoying the sweet ride on my Diva after 2 years. Only riding about once a week this past month, but climbed the hills fine yesterday for 38 miles and 3100 ft. of climbing. One more week of school and then I'll be riding every chance I can.
Enjoy many miles on your Diva and many years with your DH. My DH and I met biking and will have 22 years married next week.

It is an awesome machine. I've logged over a hundred miles since I brought her home Saturday and it is very evident the geometry of the Diva is much different from my LeMond Buenos Aires. My lateral quad muscles are very sore and tired. Looks like I have to retrain some muscle groups :eek:
