Long Island cue sheets

Hey y'all, I'm looking for cue sheets for rides in Nassau County on the north shore, ideally something that passes through Bayville, Oyster Bay, Locust Valley or Glen Cove.

I'll be up there for a couple of family visits this summer and I'm thinking of bringing my bike with me. I'm somewhat familiar with the roads in that area -- I grew up there but have not lived there in years -- so I don't know which are best for cycling, i.e., have low traffic volumes.

I'd be looking for < 40 mile rides.

I appreciate any info or suggestions.

Here's a link for cue sheets for Long Island rides from my bike club. Most of the rides start in Queens, but you could always start them north of the LIE.
