I decided that since I am needing to modify my fitness routine this summer, it was high time that I try this Tai Chi thing.
Oh. my. goodness!
I've only had two classes but I am totally in, hook-line-sinker. I guess the timing was never right, but other than that I'm not sure why I never tried it before. I really don't know what is in store for me throughout the summer, since I haven't done the research on progression, etc. I can already tell that it's going to be as hard as anything I've done, mostly because I am over-the-top ADD and OCD. It'll be a good way for me to slow down and focus while at the same time giving me something different for my OCD-self to focus on.
Any long-time practitioners here? How many times per week do you do a full session?
