...that I bought my bike, the one that's still my "good" bike.
I graduated from college on May 13 in 1990, spent the next week shopping for bikes for the year long tour I was planning, and brought my bike home (it was the first one I test rode and after riding probably six or eight others I came back to that first one) on May 19.
That bike got me through that tour and several years of recreational cycling before I stuck it away in the basement. I pulled her back out again a few years ago and have used her for commuting, fitness cycling, running errands, charity rides, and a couple of triathlons.
