Armstrong, along with every other person who has any hint of fame, along with thousands of anonymous people appearing in random pictures, cannot be responsible with what random people do with pictures.

I think it's really tacky.

As much play as this item has gotten, I'm surprised it's still there on eBay. No doubt Lance's IP people are all over it and it'll be taken down by Monday.

Unauthorized use of his image aside, Lance shills beer for real. So....

Actually it is (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_and_cancer) (alcohol, that is).

It's not nearly as addictive as tobacco, is the main difference.

But as others point out, this is a "cigarette case," which can be used for other things, not a cigarette. Lance hawks BEER, not coolers or coozies. Just one of the many reasons I'm not a Lance fan...

Zen, when the local university appointed a big wig to oversee the tobacco settlement (which the biology dept benefitted from) her husband was seen riding around on a bike with a ciggie hanging off his lips.
