am satisfied with my cycling so far

So did 43 kms. today. And avoided the short shower 'cause I started off early enough.

Felt great especially when I was slightly lightheaded for last 2 days and not cycling much. Dearie has been fighting a virus for awhile, so have been careful with myself.

I was running on the beach heading to UBC and I saw you about 500 meters East of the bottom of the Spanish Banks hill. You were headed in the other direction.

I'm glad you had a good ride! It's weird but to see you was almost like having company for a bit. On a 4-hour run, it kept me busy thinking about you and where you might be headed for a number of minutes, so thanks for that!

You were already behind me by the time my brain computed your image and identified you positively, and a solid 200 meters away. I did consider running back but I think I was just too focused on moving forward. If I had caught up with you I might have stolen your bike to ride it up the hill instead of running up. :eek: !!
