I use a Specialized Team Toupe saddle on my road bike. I just got a cross bike and want to use a similar saddle. I love this saddle, but it's pretty expensive and I won't be riding the cross bike as much as my road. Something with a bit more flex or cushiness wouldn't be bad either. Any recommendations? I ride the 143 if that helps at all. Thanks.

The Specialized Ruby is the women's specific version of the Toupe. It is similar in cost. I did test ride the new Specialized Romin, which had a feel similar to the Toupe as far as firmness goes, and really liked it. It is less expensive than the Toupe. Maybe see if your local shop will let you test that saddle. It does come in a 143.

Check ebay for saddles - people who buy them and have them not work for them often ebay them to try to recoop their loss.

If you don't find the Ruby to be your liking, many Toupe riders have crossed over to the Phenom (http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/SBCEqProduct.jsp?spid=47285&menuItemId=9302&eid=5007) saddle.
