Shift it up

I have a Raleigh 2008 Venture (http://www.raleighusa.com/bikes/comfort/2008-comfort/venture/) Comfort bike. It has 1 basic Shimano Revo 7spd. I really do love my bike and don't want to get a new one; I am wondering if there is a way to add/strengthen gears. How would you do this? Online guides/walk throughs?

are you trying to make it easier to climb or higher rpms downhill? i would just talk to your lbs about that one.
