Remember all the tape covering the Olympic summer athletes a few years back? Showed up a lot on the beach volleyball players. That's the stuff.

I swear by it for potential blister hot spots. I have a heel that can get cranky on long hikes or skis, so I tape the spot and no problems. Works great even if you already have a very large blister on the back of your heel.:eek:

Oh yeah, the structure in those CW-X Stabilyx tights are supposed to mimic it.

Huh, that's what I see the women basketball players have on their shoulders. Never heard of this before very interesting stuff. It looks so simple doesn't look like it does much!
