Baggy shorts with front cargo pocket

I am looking for a khakhi or black pair of baggy shorts that would fit over bike shorts & has a front cargo pocket or two - they can't be TOO short. So far I've had little luck finding shorts that fit both criteria...any ideas where I might find a pair? Perhaps it is a little early?

Just a thought- someone posted the sale at black bottoms the other day- they may have some mountain bike shorts that are like cargo shorts with a removable chamois... My husband has a few pair for commuting to work. Maybe you could use them alone or over your shorts.

I looked (and just rechecked it) they don't seem to have anything that are quite what I am looking for. I am also fighting insomnia related tiredness right now so I may have overlooked something :o I want cargo pockets on the front of the leg, not the side.

Okay- I hadn't looked at the pocket placement- I just know he likes the fabric etc. And they're inexpensive, if they have your size.

These look nice! They have a wool liner with chamois, which looks like it's not attached.

Men's Juggernauts http://www.groundeffect.co.nz/product-detail-JUG-SHO.htm from Ground Effect have pockets on the front of the leg and should be enough length. The chamois in them is unisex and the liner is detachable.
