First Charity Ride--TD 5 Boro Bike Tour

I signed up for a charity ride that will support Alzheimer's. I lost my grandfather to this disease in 2006. I would love advice on how to best complete, how to fundraise, how to pace myself, etc. Of course, i'd love donations, my link is below.
