LA/OC Area Biking Friends

Anyone? I need some biking girlfriends. Mostly South Bay/Palos Verdes, but I'm willing to venture out of the bubble on occasion.

Right now I average 12 mph or so, but I'm doing speedwork so hopefully that will get better.

You might be interested in finding other riders by joining a road group. There are several in Orange County that offer something for everyone. I'm sure there are LA groups as well. Check out Bicycle Club of Irvine. Their website is bikeirvine. org. Also OC Rebel Riders. Their site is ocrebels.com. Both offer different levels of rides and are very social groups (although filled with serious riders).

Wow thanks for remembering me - have been away - very busy - sometimes lurk but don't have alot if any time to post. For some reason, things are quiet at work. At least for now - nice to check in and see what's happening with everyone else!

wow right in my back yard!!

I'm over in Hermosa Beach. Ride down Esplanade then into Palos Verdes. Sometimes I take PV drive west down to Portugese Bend other times I take some "back road" by PV country club then over to PV drive north...

I'm taking it easy these days. easy ride. Sure why not.

Meet at Malga Cove shopping center? Morning? Or are you just riding on the weekends?

I've been riding in the morning from about 8:30-11AMish.
