For TE in Scandinavia, Germany

Lph or anyone in Scandinavia, Germany - We will be Copenhagen this June. Any wierd chance you'll ever get to Copenhagen or even Malmo in Sweden? :p

I was thinking of maidie doll relay. I really...honest don't want to schlep extra weight around since we'll be bike touring abit in southern Germany..and Prague before that. Really, my expectations are low enough wouldn't expect a Czech TE member here.

Hmmm. June. I get to Copenhagen a few times a year, but this June my only travel plan so far is Uppsala, then home via Oslo. I'll be in California in April and again in September-October. You're close to Seattle, and KnottedYet in Seattle is my sister-in-law, so another way to make a hand-off connection would be via Knotted. Plenty of TE folks in the Seattle area who could host Maidei before the handover, or I could escort her back that way for further journeys in the US and Canada. I'll also be in China (Beijing, Xian, Shanghai) and in Japan (Tokyo) in August, stopping in Italy (Trento and Venice) on my way home, by way of Germany (Tokyo-Munich by air, then Munich-Trento by train). Any TE'ers Maidei should be visiting who could pick her up any of those places? Otherwise, if she's with me at the time, I'll just take her along and take pictures here and there.

Sorry, I won't be anywhere near Copenhagen or Malmo in June, or any other time, really. We may have to settle for transport by mail, unless Duck can take her home after her globetrotting :p

I probably will be going to Cyprus at some point (September?) to visit my mom, and to Thailand or Vietnam around Christmas (to get as far away from the dark as I can), but I guess that doesn't help much.

Just thought might be worth asking our European contingent of which we haven't heard several other members for quite awhile.

And Duck on Wheels, what a world traveller you will become or are! Am envious.
There's several of us in Vancouver area so Maidei can enjoy her time here. :)

I'm in touch with the British contingent as well, via my daughter, UK-Elephant, who lives in Wales. I'll be visiting her on my way back from California i April. And I'm sure we'll see them either in Wales or Norway several more times this year. She knows a couple of our other British riders, so Maidei should be able to see quite a bit of Britain. :)
