Hey ladies! I could use whatever you have got- cookies, hugs, advice...So, bored with my core exercises the other day at the gym, (I follow NROLW, but have to mix up the core stuff. I hate core!) I climbed up on to the roman chair. A couple hourse later, my lower back hurt. It's been days, and it still hurts. I'm following all the usual at home advice, but I'm a little freaked out- I'm training for a metric in early April, and am already behind on my miles due to a crazy work schedule. I cross train with weights and running, but can't seem to get the miles in due to rain, or bosses. I'm in pretty good overall shape, I'm just concerned about falling farther behind.
If it's still really bad, I'll go to the doc on Tuesday, but honestly, I don't think there's much he can do, and being an uninsured person, I avoid the doctor. X rays are expesive!
I'm hoping this back thing only lasts a couple days. I think it's just some swelling, and maybe some aggravation to a previously sustained injury. Do you have any thoughts to getting me back on my feet asap?
