Excellent music weekend

Last night I got a free ticket to the NY Philharmonic, tonight I saw Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton, and Sunday I'm going to see Chuck Mead (formerly of BR549).

Oh, and it's hawk breeding season so I can watch Mom and Dad canoodling and working on their nest all Saturday and Sunday with temps in the 40s. And I gave my bike and all my bike accoutrements a much-needed bath this afternoon. I'm so happy.

That guy is amazing (Eric Clapton).

I remember going to see Cream's Farewell Concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London, way back in November 1968

My now 8 year old Grandson is so envious that I have seen him in a concert.

Eric Clapton is 65 next month and obviously still going strong.

BTW....I am glad you are happy, you know something, sometimes when others read that, it makes them smile too. :)

You saw the Cream Farewell Concert? I'm envious too! It is amazing how well much of Clapton's music has stood the test of time. Rock and roll is here to stay.
