Alloy seatpost, 27.2, 230. It looks kind of ugly because it is fairly old - but if you have an old bike project to finish, then it could work.
I have absolutely no idea of the manufacturer - all I can read on the side is "TEAM". It came on a Bianchi XL frame that I recently 'rescued', so to speak... :D
Just refund shipping and it is yours.
