How to use Spagetti Squash?

Is spagetti squash fairly low in carbs? I just baked some yesterday and put sauce on it and its pretty good!

I rake the "noodles" out with a fork, put a dash of balsamic vinegar over the top and add chopped tomatoes and feta. Delicious. I think we eat that once a week in the fall!

i use spaghetti squash where ever i used to use spaghetti or other pasta noodles. it's done will with meatballs and with a pesto sauce. we prefer it to noodles now. well, i don't know if i will try it and asian dishes, but, maybe. the sweetness really pair nicely with the acidity of the tomato sauces. yummy!
