Thank you! It means a lot to me...

I was out before 7am, shoveling out the front stoop, walkway, and stairs down to the road (13 steps). We couldn't open the front door (storm door) because the snow was so deep!! What a mess....it was about 20 inches, heavy. Took a spill, too :p Got most of the hard work done, except for clearing off the cars and the portion of the road on which they are parked --- no driveway, street parking. DH and I plan to go out every two hours or so to keep the way to the front door clear.

Expecting another 5-10 inches before this ends later today. Hope everyone is safe and sound.....

Thanks, Zen. Had a nice walk/slog through the n'hood yesterday. One car is dug out, one to go. When the plow comes through, we'll be back out there, digging both out (probably with a wheel barrow!!).
