View Full Version : Looking for a Seattle LBS familiar with Campy, maybe Wright Bros in Fremont?
Hi,
I'm looking for an LBS that's good with Campy, near the Queen Anne area of Seattle. I stopped in at Wright Bros in Fremont yesterday and they seemed like they might be a good shop - does anyone have any experience with them? I'm open to other options, so feel free to suggest.
Thanks!

R+E Cycles rebuilds Campy, even older Campy like my Athena.

I know a few wrenches who left Wright Bros... so even though I've never done anything with the shop my opinion is somewhat tarnished.
About 2 blocks down from Wright Bros is Cascade Bicycle Studio. It's just one guy, but he's great. Not sure how much time he has, but you could always call him. Free Range Cycles is about 2 blocks in the other direction, but I don't know how much they deal with Campy. Wouldn't hurt to ask. Recycled Cycles is a couple miles east: they repair Campy, but they aren't known for it like R+E.

Branford Bike has been THE online Campy resource for years and also rebuild levers. They now have a shop but I don't know how extensive their mechanic services are. Their Campy knowledge is amazing.

Elliott Bay Bikes is very familiar with campy, a good percentage of their clients have high end bikes; they're about a mile from queen anne
Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to start checking out all these shops tomorrow!
