I hope this isn't an inappropriate use of this forum!
My husband and I are registered in the Stagecoach Century in Ocotillo, CA, this Saturday, Jan 16th, but will not be able to enter since he got the flu. However, if anyone would be able to pay $68 (what we paid to register), we could transfer our registration to you. The current price to register is $98, so this is a deal if you want to sign up last minute. :-)
PM me if you are interested, and I can give you our names and the name of the person who we talked to about transferring our registration so you can verify that we are actually registered for the ride and this isn't some sort of scam. I can also give you specific info about how to complete the transfer.
