serfas 4.4 wireless computer--issues

I've had this thing since July. It worked fine until September, and now it will.not.work. It doesn't read speed or distance. I've replaced the battery for both the sensor/transmitter and the computer. I've fiddled with the magnet placement. I cannot figure out what the heck the problem is. :confused: Any ideas?

On the wireless bike computers I had there was a specific way to get the sensor and transmitters talking. Do you have the instructions?

There's nothing I can find in the instructions about getting them to talk, at least, not as far as I can tell.
