Owings Mills area??

Hi!

I am not really new to this forum, but new to the area! My husband and I just moved from AZ to Maryland 2 weeks ago. What are some good paths to take? Are drivers courteous to bikes? I notice people out here drive a bit crazy, cutting people off, speeding, etc. We are in the new part of Owings Mills.
