View Full Version : So I'm driving down the road
... approaching a stop light and I see a car with a pony trotting alongside. The light is red so I come to a near stop to get a look at this spectacle.
Is the pony loose and they're trying to catch it?
No. The passenger has the pony by the reins, taking it to the horse farm.
I guess they didn't have a trailer.
This is where I say to myself "now that's something you don't see everyday!"

I often see guys (always guys) leading horses on their bike. Yikes!
Well sure!
What else are you gonna do if you get a flat?

I hope they didn't have to go too many miles.

I bet that the pony pooped in the car and put his hooves on the upholstry, so now he has to walk.

Now that's laugh-out-loud stuff right there! :D

It seems like there should be a really bad pun for a punchline here, but I can't think of it.

LOL.
I was riding my bike along a country road once and sensed something comping up beside me on my right. I turned to see a horse running along and catching me... that wasn't so unusual. What was unusual was the the horse was running full bore pulling a chariot. I guess his handler was doing some training. It was very surreal... a horse drawn chariot out in the middle of no where in rural Alberta.

I got chased by a horse on a century -- it got spooked as a big peloton went by it's field and it jumped the fence. It split the ride - people behind it were afraid to pass it, and it was all I could do to stay ahead of it. Two guys braved the gap and caught up to me. "Ughh, ma'am, not sure if you know this, but there's a horse behind you." :p
I caught up to another rider and sat behind her for a minute. As we approached a hill, the horse started gaining on us. I called out, "Horse back." Finally, it ran off into a field.

No spikes and no Roman outfit... unfortunately, that would have made sooooooo much better.;)
